Eswatini Mobile appreciates and fully supports His Majesty’s Government and World Health Organisation’s actions, initiatives and measures put in place to control the spread of the covid-19 pandemic.
As a responsible corporate entity, we are complying with all the Government instructions announced by His Excellency the Right Honourable Prime Minister on the 24th March 2020.
We, at Eswatini Mobile, are an essential service and therefore our staff will be working around the clock to optimize our network capacity and resilience so we can continue to serve our customers during these trying times. Our Contact Centre (980) will remain open and so will some of our Experience Centres, with minimal staff, to attend to possible emergency walk-ins.
